James Cooper Mansion is located on the corder of Linden and Sherbourne and was built circa 1881 for a wealthy shoe retailer and importer, James Cooper. Sherbourne is adorned by multiple mansions as such but it recently became centre of attention when Tridel announced to build a 32 story building structurally relocated the mansion from it’s original spot to make space for underground parking and the building.
