Toronto Central By-Election Debate

The Toronto Central By-Election Debate is coming soon on November 20, 2013! The Toronto Central By-Election is coming up soon on November 25, 2013 and a coalition of eight residents associations have put together a forum for all candidates to debate and show how they will work for you.  I’m very proud and honored to be working with the Cabbagetown BIA and Don Value Resident’s association in helping put this together.  The debate is scheduled for Jarvis Collegiate located at 495 Jarvis Street on November 20, 2013 starting at 7 PM.  The debate will be moderated by John Tory and we …

Cabbagetown Real Estate Update – May 2011

I took some time to review what Cabbagetown real estate numbers are and compared them with our region (C08) and city level numbers to see how we are doing compared to the average. Cabbagetown, over the past year, has seen an increase in average price sold over the same period last year.

Video Review – Cabbagetown South Tour

We had published about a great tour that was taking place on August 7, 2010 which was organized by Heritage Toronto and Cabbagetown Preservation Association.  I’m happy to present a small video showcasing what we saw.  I couldn’t video record it all and you would have to come down to one to attend and see it in person.  A great time!
