Happy Friyay! What a busy day for real estate! I'm so excited to see the new listings! Not a huge list but sch great prices to be had... Don't miss this one!

We have an amaaaaaaazing list today! I personally like the properties on Wellesley and Earl. There's also condo in 135 Maitland that I would recommend for anyone looking for more space on a budget.

I was out of commission on Friday and Saturday hence wasn't able to post a video. I've included the listings in today's video which gives us a nice list of 18 properties to review.

Today's list is a testimony to how good properties sell quickly. Almost the whole list is of sold properties plus we have two great new properties. Here's the list:
